Henry Walentowicz has been a partner at the firm since 1983. His practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate, including zoning matters and litigation. He also drafts wills and assists clients with probating estates.
Henry has a long history of service on professional and community boards. He has been a Director of the Polish Slavic Federal Credit Union since 2019. From 2000 through 2018, he was a Trustee of the Kosciuszko Foundation.
Henry was President of the Passaic County Bar Association and a Trustee from 2005 until 2012. He served on the Passaic County Ethics Committee from 1999 through 2003 and was the Coordinating Director of the Passaic County Special Civil Part Mediation Program from 2005 through 2009.
Henry served as Deputy Municipal Attorney for the City of Passaic from 1980 through 1983. From 1982 through 1990, he was a contributing editor for the Passaic County Reporter. He was appointed by Governor Kean to be a member of the New Jersey Commission on Capital Budgeting and Planning from 1988 through 1991.
Recently, Henry was named as one of New Jersey's Top-Rated Lawyers in Real Estate Law by Inside Jersey. He has a current AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards.
